Add some pizzazz to you pizza night with the Urban Hobbit's pizza peel. This peel is made from several selected hardwood species including Cherry, Maple, Walnut, White oak, and Iroko.
The leading edge of the peel has a wide, deep bevel to slip under the pizza. The peels surface is 15" wide x 16" deep giving plenty of space for large pizzas and the 27" long handle provides the leverage needed to move the heaviest pizzas in and out of the oven. Over all dimensions are 15" x 43".
Finished with walnut oil and polished with beeswax.
